Hello,
My name is Anika Poulsen, and I’m a graphic designer and illustrator. My design philosophy is rooted in the practice of observation—taking the time to look closely at my surroundings and drawing inspiration from the world around me. This approach informs my process, allowing me to to take in my surroundings, analyze details, and translate them into intentional, impactful design.

In 2025 I graduated from PLNU with a BA in Graphic Design, concentrating in marketing. Through my studies, I developed a strong sense of typography, branding, composition, and visual communication. My attention to detail, curiosity, and ability to analyze design from both an aesthetic and strategic perspective enable me to create unique projects catered to a variety of audiences. I am passionate about producing designs that are reflective of the space they were created in, visually interesting, functional, and long lasting. I look forward to collaborating on projects that contribute to a more meaningful and well-designed world.
